Modern Yoga Therapy has preserved this ancient structure in order to more precisely meet your specific needs and build a supportive relationship with your Yoga Therapist. how does yoga therapy work?

When working with me as a Yoga Therapist, you and I will complete a full biological, psychological, social, and spiritual assessment in your first session. After we collaborate on your short-term and long-term goals, then I will give you a customized daily practice consisting of gentle movement, breath work, and therapeutic meditation ranging from 5-30 minutes in length. After that, you choose the frequency of our check-in sessions that is accessible to your lifestyle. Over time, and with your body’s responses guiding our way, we will build an index of practices that will serve your specific nervous system’s needs as they change over the course of one year.
